We are a fast-paced, friendly and family-oriented office. The right candidate will be a fast learner, be able to retain information and direction, and will have a kind and positive attitude. Bilingual in Spanish and healthcare background is a plus. Work hours are in-person, Monday through Friday 8:30am-5:00pm. Starting pay is $18.50 per hour. We offer a Full-time Benefits package, which includes Health, Dental, Life, Vision, and Chiropractic Insurance, as well as Sick, Holiday, and Vacation benefits.
Duties and Responsibilities :
Answering incoming phone calls from patients and families and providers Request medical records and/or other documents from providers Scanning and uploading documents Data Entry with high accuracy Faxing, scanning, and emailing records and documents Additional projects and tasks as needed
Requirements :
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Adobe Excellent oral and written communication skills Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred. Excellent organizational, multi-task and time management skills, detail oriented Must be a self-starter and motivated, with a strong work ethic, and ability to work independently and within a team environment Must have knowledge of basic office administrative procedures and standard office equipment Must have a California Driver's License, satisfactory driving record and a vehicle that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements.
