Personal Assistant Full Time or Part Time Available (AM Shift, PM shift, and/or Weekend Shifts Available) GoldLeaf Homecare Network is hiring compassionate Caregivers and Personal Assistants with flexible scheduling. We support seniors as well as individuals with neurodiverse conditions and specialized care needs that live independently , and we are looking for team members who are patient, attentive, and committed to making a meaningful difference. This role also offers a path to advance into a Caregiver Lead position , supporting training and onboarding. Progress Reporting Track and document participant goals, progress, and milestones, maintaining accurate, timely, and complete records. Collaboration and Transportation Communicate and report progress; transport participants safely Requirements Applicable work or volunteer experience Experience working with individuals with disabilities or the elderly Authorized to work in the U.S. Basic English communication skills CNA, LVN, MA, or prior caregiving/personal assistant experience preferred Experience with dementia, developmental, or neurodiverse care is a plus Valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable vehicle Ability to lift 25 lbs and assist with transfers Compassionate, dependable, and observant Service Areas Palo Alto, Mountain View, Los Altos, Menlo Park, Redwood City, Sunnyvale, San Mateo, San Jose, Fremont, and surrounding areas About GoldLeaf GoldLeaf Homecare Network provides personalized, high-quality in-home care tailored to each client's needs.
