Key Responsibilities Front Office & Consultative Sales Support:
- Deliver a warm, luxury experience during client check-in, check-out, and telephone inquiries.
- Educate clients on treatment options, packages, and memberships (skincare, GLP-1 weight loss, body contouring, injectables).
- Manage scheduling, client intake, payment processing, and POS software (Vagaro/Boulevard).
- Drive client retention through proactive follow-ups, package renewals, and cross-marketing services.
- Maintain complete EMR records in full compliance with HIPAA regulations.
Clinical Support:
- Room patients, record vital signs, and log medical histories accurately in the EMR.
- Administer subcutaneous (Sub-Q) injections (e.g., GLP-1 therapies) strictly pursuant to a qualified provider's patient-specific order and clinical protocol.
- Prepare, sanitize, and stock treatment rooms following strict infection control guidelines.
- Comply with medical direction and protocols from Medical Director and Good Faith Exam (GFE) performed by providers. Qualifications & Experience
- Graduation from an accredited Medical Assistant program (Certified Medical Assistant preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in a Medical Spa, Dermatology, Plastic Surgery, or Integrative Wellness setting.
- Demonstrated experience with front office management, scheduling, and consultative client sales.
- Proven clinical competency in subcutaneous medication administration under provider orders.
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR software and MedSpa POS platforms.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a strong plus.
