Job Summary:
Our Resident Services team connects Mutual Housing affordable housing residents with opportunity through a wide range of direct services and community building strategies. Resident Services Coordinators (RSCs) are responsible for providing a variety of services that promote these goals.
Responsibilities:
Support residents with housing stability, public benefits, budgeting, and referrals Provide mediation, crisis support, and coordination with Property Management Build relationships with residents and host community‑building activities Connect residents with local programs, services, and leadership opportunities Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service plans
Qualifications:
1+ year experience in social services (property‑based experience a plus) Cultural competency and experience working in diverse, low‑income communities Strong communication, judgment, and relationship‑building skills Basic Microsoft Office skills; CPR/First Aid & food safety certs (provided) Driver's license required Must pass criminal background screening, including education verification and DMV check The above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
