Position Overview Are you an organized, professional, and customer-focused individual looking for a dynamic administrative role? We are hiring an Administrative Assistant to support a busy HOA community office in Oceanside, CA. This role is the central hub of the community, serving as the main point of contact for homeowners, vendors, maintenance teams, and board members. Key Responsibilities As the Administrative Assistant, you will: Answer phones and assist homeowners, vendors, and visitors with professionalism. Manage walk-in traffic and handle general office administration tasks. Process architectural applications and violation-related documentation. Coordinate with landscape and maintenance vendors to address community needs. Conduct visual inspections throughout the community and report observations. Support follow-up on maintenance and landscaping issues. Maintain organized records and provide general administrative support to the HOA office. Qualifications We're looking for candidates who bring: Prior experience in administrative support, HOA, property management, customer service, or office roles (preferred). Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse groups. A professional presentation and demeanor in a customer-facing environment. Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive mindset. The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
