You'll support a combination of administrative, scheduling, purchasing, documentation, and team-coordination responsibilities in a highly organized environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to department leaders and cross-functional teamsManage calendars, meetings, and conference room schedulingCoordinate internal meetings, presentations, and team eventsPrepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and correspondenceMaintain department files and confidential documentationAssist with purchasing requests and vendor coordinationProcess invoices, expense reports, and purchasing documentationTrack department budgets, supplies, and recurring expensesCoordinate shipping and receiving of office and business materialsMaintain distribution lists, contact information, and internal databasesAssist with onboarding and offboarding administrative tasksCoordinate training sessions and team meetingsMaintain project trackers and follow up on outstanding itemsAssist with documentation and records managementSupport audits, inspections, and internal administrative projectsServe as a professional point of contact for internal teams and outside vendors
