We are currently seeking an Administrative Assistant to work directly with the principal architect on e-mail management, appointment scheduling, client contracts and reports, and participation in client meetings. General office duties will include answering phones, hard copy and electronic file coordination, typing of contracts and reports for submittal to clients and/or government agencies, assisting the bookkeeper with sending out monthly customer invoices, compilation of landscape plan sets, and delivery and pickup of plans and permits. This position requires proficiency in Microsoft Office Applications. In addition, you must be detail-oriented, organized, have excellent communication skills, and possess the ability to prioritize your workload and meet deadlines. An Associate's Degree or higher is preferred. A minimum of 2 years' experience performing clerical and administrative duties is required; Experience working in a professional business environment is desired. This is part-time to start and an on-site position at our office in Ojai, California.
