POSITION SUMMARY
This position provides administrative support to our team. TASKS As an Administrative Associate, you will play a key role in keeping our office running smoothly.
Daily responsibilities include:
Greeting guests, answering phones, and managing incoming mail.
Supporting office operations:
ordering supplies, maintaining inventory, and coordinating vendor services. Assisting with basic accounting tasks, such as processing invoices and scanning documents. Maintaining digital and paper files, updating directories, and ensuring compliance records are organized. Helping coordinate company events, staff meetings, and special projects. Providing general support to leadership and team members.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to multitask. Ability to build external relationships while positively promoting the organization. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Comfort using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Great communication skills — both written and verbal. Demonstrate initiative, personal awareness, professionalism, integrity and exercise confidentiality in all areas of performance.
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma required; some college coursework or degree preferred. Prior administrative or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT 5-7
hours of sitting, reading, and typing daily 1-3 hours of walking daily Operates computer requiring the use of hands/fingers Occasional bending, reaching, kneeling and/or crouching Regular lifting of up to 30 pounds Occasional climbing of stairs Specific vision requirements include close vision, distance vision and color vision and peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus. Specific audio/verbal abilities include communication with residents, employees, vendors and owners both in person and via telephone.
