Job Description
About the Role We are seeking a reliable and organized Personal Attendant to support a principal with day-to-day personal and business scheduling, errands, and household coordination. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role for someone who thrives on staying organized, anticipating needs, and working closely with a team to keep things running smoothly. This role supports a busy household and office, working alongside teammates to handle scheduling, errands, and day-to-day logistics. This is an entry-level position — no prior personal assistant experience is required. We provide on-the-job training for the right candidate. What matters most is a strong work ethic, a willingness to learn, good judgment, and dependability. Schedule Requirements Minimum 40 hours per week, with occasional overtime as needed Must have a flexible schedule and be willing to work weekends and holidays Schedule may shift week to week based on the principal's needs Ability to travel internationally is a plus (not required, but a strong asset) Key Responsibilities Track and manage the principal's personal and business schedule and appointments Keep track of medication schedules and reminders Conduct online and in-person shopping for personal and household needs Organize and maintain inventory of clothing and personal items Manage inventory and ordering of household goods and supplies Order and coordinate staff lunches Communicate with team members regarding business and personal appointments Accompany the principal on outings as needed Communicate clearly and promptly via email and text throughout the day Collaborate with a small team to ensure coverage and smooth day-to-day operations Assist with care of principal's dogs including managing groomers, dog walkers, health appointments, and feeding and administering medication Qualifications Basic proficiency with computers, smartphones, and common apps Comfortable learning and using new apps and tools as needed Experience with Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets) is a strong plus (will need to learn if not already familiar) Strong written and verbal communication skills Highly organized with strong attention to detail Dependable, punctual, and trustworthy Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team Willing and eager to learn new responsibilities Must maintain strict discretion and confidentiality Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required; clean driving record preferred Able to occasionally lift/carry up to 25-30 lbs (packages, shopping bags, household goods) No prior personal/executive assistant experience required — training provided
