Job Description
This role will report to our Manager, Office Operations while working closely with HR, People Ops and the Executive Teams to foster a positive work environment for the Workato team and guests. In this role, you will also be responsible to: Oversee daily office operations and logistics, including mail distribution, inventory management, and office equipment maintenance. Manage onsite catering and food & beverage vendors, including day-to-day vendor relationships, service quality, inventory levels, and budget compliance. Coordinate with facility management vendors including cleaning, security, and maintenance services. Manage office budget and expenditures, including procurement of office supplies and equipment. Partner with BT and external vendors to manage conference room technology, AV setups, and workspace booking tools. Plan and execute in-house activities, celebrations, and conferences to support employee morale and engagement. Handle office-related inquiries and provide general support to visitors and employees. Ensure office safety and compliance with health, safety, and security regulations, including emergency procedures. Implement and maintain office procedures and policies. Requirements Qualifications / Experience / Technical Skills Bachelor's degree Minimum of 2+ years as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant or related role Tech savvy with knowledge of G suite. Have reliable transportation and the ability to perform ad hoc tasks outside of office This is an onsite in-office 5x a week position located in Palo Alto.
