A Staff Assistant
II - TS/SCI
position just opened up in Pasadena, CA at the
JPL/NASA
facility. In this role you will provide office support to one or more individuals which involves purchasing; distributing information; receiving visitors; arranging travel, meetings, events and/or conferences; scheduling appointments; receiving, referring, or answering mail; setting up and maintaining files; answering and routing calls; creating letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets and reports. Must have an active TS/SCI Clearance and a minimum of 4 years of related experience. Must be a US Citizen.

Clearance Compensation:
$24.00/hour - $45.40/hour
DOE Duration:
18 months or longer
Schedule:
1 st Shift 5/40 We do offer PTO, holidays, 401k, medical, dental, and vision benefits.

Responsibilities:
Provide office support to one or more individuals which involves purchasing; distributing information; receiving visitors; arranging travel, meetings, events and/or conferences; scheduling appointments; receiving, referring, or answering mail; setting up and maintaining files; answering and routing calls; creating letters, memos, presentations, spreadsheets and reports. Composes and prepares moderately complex correspondences. Routes mail inquiries as appropriate. Processes and maintains sensitive information. Manages calendars, schedules meetings and appointments for management. Coordinates special events. Prepares presentation and graphic materials. Tracks an organization's action items. Participates in supporting project and/or peer reviews.
Requirements:
Active TS/SCI Clearance Solid MS Office/365 skills Initiative/follow-through Team player Excellent, succinct and professional verbal and written communications; Ability to appropriately communicate at all levels from trades to VIPs Productive in a fast-moving, multi-tasking environment About our client: Our client is a research and development lab federally funded by NASA and managed by Caltech. Manages many of NASA's robotic missions exploring Earth, the solar system, and our universe. This particular client is requiring that all new hires show proof of vaccination.
