About Us:
At Barefoot Pools and Custom Landscapes, we create premium outdoor living spaces. We are a family-owned pool and landscaping construction company based in Paso Robles. We are looking for an organized, tech-savvy Full-Time Office Assistant with a great attitude to keep our day-to-day operations running smoothly and elevate our online presence.
The Role:
This is a multi-faceted, 40-hour-per-week role. You will serve as the operational backbone of our Paso Robles office. Managing client calls, digital workflows, project files, and material ordering while also capturing and sharing our beautiful pool and landscape transformations on social media.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relations:
Answer incoming calls with an upbeat tone, respond to emails, and schedule on-site estimates.
Digital Construction Files:
Maintain and update project records using Fieldwire to bridge communication between the office and field crews.
Project Support & Procurement:
Work closely with company owners and the field foreman to order project materials and coordinate other project-related needs.
General Coordination:
Keep office files organized and assist management with daily administrative tasks.
Social Media Management:
Create, post, and monitor content (before-and-after photos, project updates, stories) on our social media platforms to showcase our custom work.
What We're Looking For:
Positive Attitude:
A bright, energetic personality who brings good energy to the office and works well with a team.
Software Skills:
Hands-on experience with Fieldwire (or similar construction management platforms).
Collaboration Skills:
Ability to coordinate smoothly with field foremen, vendors, and owners to keep supply chains moving.
Experience:
1-2 years of office administration experience, preferably in the construction, pool, or landscaping industry.
Social Media Savvy:
