This role requires accuracy, responsiveness, and recent hands-on experience processing recruitment and HCM transactions in Workday.
Compensation:
$39 per hour Flexible work schedule: Monday through Thursday 7:30-4:30 or 8-5 with 1 hour lunch and Friday 7:30-4 with 30 min lunch.
Key Responsibilities Support high-volume recruitment:
draft job postings, screen applicants, manage the applicant tracking system, coordinate testing, proctor exams, and schedule interviews. Communicate quickly and professionally with applicants and employees; prepare notices, correspondence, and offer letters. Conduct background checks, schedule pre-employment exams, and enter new hires into Workday and external systems Coordinate onboarding, assemble new-hire packets, and support employee orientations and training sessions. Assist with benefits administration (medical, dental, vision, life, disability, retirement, deferred comp, EAP, COBRA) and reconcile premium invoices. Process employee separations and ensure all required notifications are completed. Enter and verify HRIS and payroll transactions; maintain personnel files and confidential medical records. Provide administrative support, assist with surveys and research, and prepare reports and data summaries. Minimum Requirements Three (3) years of progressively responsible HR administrative experience, including recent experience processing recruitment and HCM transactions in Workday (assessments may be administered) Equivalent to completion of the 12th grade; HR coursework preferred.
