Job Summary We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant for a contract/temporary opportunity in Pleasanton, CA. This role is ideal for an administrative professional with 1-2 years of office support experience who enjoys staying organized, helping a team run smoothly, and providing friendly front office coverage when needed. The Administrative Assistant will support day-to-day clerical operations within an insurance-related office environment, including document preparation, data entry, scanning, copying, mailing, and backup receptionist duties. Candidates who are comfortable using Office 365, answering multiline phones, and handling paper and electronic documents will be well positioned for success in this role. Key Responsibilities
- Provide general administrative and clerical support to assist with daily office operations.
- Serve as backup receptionist during lunches and breaks, including answering calls through a multiline phone system.
- Assemble paper benefits enrollment packets accurately and efficiently.
- Perform data entry, scanning, copying, and electronic copying of enrollment applications.
- Prepare and process outgoing mail using Pitney Bowes mailing equipment.
- Maintain organized records and support timely completion of administrative tasks. Compensation and Benefits
