Job Description

Under general supervision of the Operations Manager, the primary responsibility of a Guest Service Coordinator is to provide professional service in a courteous manner. You will assist our SilverDoor Guests with a variety of topics ranging from general questions about the area, to managing and coordinating specialty requests, as well as apartment deficiencies.
REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
  • Receives and processes service request calls for guests ensuring that all their needs are met within the parameters of SilverDoor service standards.
  • Follows up with appropriate property to ensure services are complete and follows up with each guest to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Schedules vendor services (furniture, housewares and utilities) and communicates with properties ensuring authorization is granted for all vendors and employees to access apartments when needed.
  • Provides overall day-to-day customer service and coordinates with other departments to efficiently accommodate guests' requests.
  • Completes high-quality work according to job specifications while simultaneously producing the required amount of work within established timetables.
  • Reviews field inspectors move-in check lists ensuring all deficiencies have been rectified.
  • Works on multiple assignments at any one given time
JOB REQUIREMENTS
  • Proficient in usage Microsoft Suite and Outlook
  • Advanced written and technical skills
  • Sophisticated problem and conflict resolution skill set. Solves a variety of problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situation.
  • Negotiates and resolves issues and problems related to guest issues while aware and sensitive to errors and mistakes that can occur and minimizes them.
  • Excellent communication skills and advanced phone etiquette.
  • Ability to build rapport and maintain working relationships while delivering a high standard for service.
  • Advanced multi-tasking capabilities. Is comfortable working on several projects simultaneously and yet is well organized at all times.
  • Comfortable with high volume and fast paced environment
  • Critical and analytical thinking with attention to detail and high accuracy
  • Delivers service with a smile. Actively communicates and seeks to develop solid working relationships with a variety of people
  • Maintains a high level of positive self-confidence whilst either working independently and/or within group setting.
  • Capable of concentrating on details for extended periods of time without sacrificing efficiency.
  • 1 to 2 years of customer service, preferably in Corporate Housing industry
Pay:
$23.00 - $27.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 40.0 per week
