Pleasanton, CA Job Details Part-time $27.20 an hour 1 hour ago Qualifications Working with individuals with disabilities Working with individuals experiencing homelessness Working with adults with disabilities Associate's degree Full Job Description Qualifications Associate degree required/Bachelor's degree preferred History of progressively responsible related work experience, preferably in a non-profit organization, minimum of 2 years Experience supporting homeless adults with disabilities, minimum of 2 years Experience working as part of a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team Strong record-keeping skills Able to pass a fingerprint background check Excellent PC skills, including word-processing and spreadsheets in a Windows-type environment Knowledge of Clarity/HMIS/Coordinated entry assessments information Ability to work in outdoor settings/various weather conditions Results-oriented and able to meet deadlines Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills Flexible and self-motivated with an ability to coordinate and prioritize workload Interest in growing with the agency, progressively assuming more responsibility High standard of excellence and quality Sensitivity and respect towards the individuals we serve Driver License
