The District will not refund applicant if offer of employment is withdrawn. Comments and Other Information All offers of employment are conditional based upon selected applicant's agreement to and submission of pre-employment drug clearance and FBI/Department of Justice background clearance at applicant's expense. The District will NOT refund any applicant paid fees for required screenings or clearances regardless of whether employment offer is accepted by applicant and/or withdrawn by the District.
