Duties Manage front desk operations, including greeting visitors, answering multi-line phone systems, and providing exceptional phone etiquette. Oversee schedule management by coordinating appointments, meetings, and calendar updates for staff members. Assist with event planning and coordination for company meetings, training sessions, and special events. Supervise administrative staff or interns, providing guidance and support for their development. Handle clerical tasks such as proofreading documents, managing correspondence, and organizing files. Perform bookkeeping and budgeting tasks to track expenses, manage office supplies inventory, and ensure accurate record-keeping through filing systems. Contribute to office management duties including overseeing office supplies procurement, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring equipment functionality. General administrative support. Qualifications Proven experience in office administration or clerical roles with strong organizational skills. Experience in event planning and vendor management. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle multi-line phone systems professionally. Strong multitasking abilities with experience managing schedules and calendar appointments efficiently. Experience in filing systems, and office supply management is advantageous.
