About Us:

Position Overview:
The right person for this job is a highly organized individual that, with the guidance of their supervisor, can help manage our operational workload, support our DSA Coordinator, and facilitate team communication. This role requires strong multitasking and time management skills.
Responsibilities:
Perform clerical duties, data entry, and project trailing. Help coordinate project documentation, tracking submissions, approvals, and deadlines. Assist project managers with meeting preparation, notes, and follow-up communications. Support team members by preparing and reviewing architectural documents. Aid in managing the project schedules and all related tasks. Collaborate with project teams to gather and refine content for proposal packages.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in an office preferred. Construction/ architectural field is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with Adobe suite is a plus. Excellent communication skills and a collaborative attitude. Relevant experience in construction or architecture office administration preferred. Ability to learn, work independently, and take initiative when tasks need to be completed.
