Project Administrator
Redondo Beach, CA Direct-Hire $47000.00 - $52000.00 Onsite Job Description Responsibilities Receive, process, and track T&M tickets from the field.
Manage field request authorizations.
Issue change orders and maintain change order logs.
Manage change order approvals.
Issue and track purchase orders.
Manage monthly administrative reports related to change orders, purchase orders, field request authorizations, and T&M tickets.
Assist with iPad management, fielding requests, ordering, tracking.
Assist with processing new contracts
Procore administration, job set up/close out, adding employees, implementing new tools if necessary. Qualifications Experience with Microsoft Excel
Preferred experience with Procore, Foundation, and Bluebeam.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Bilingual Spanish is a plus but not required.
