Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as an Office Assistant and become the backbone of our administrative operations! This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to support daily office functions, enhance organizational efficiency, and deliver exceptional customer service. As an Office Assistant, you will play a vital role in maintaining a smooth-running office environment, ensuring that all administrative tasks are handled promptly and professionally. Your proactive attitude and technical proficiency will help foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients, visitors, and team members alike. Duties Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, ensuring clear communication and prompt responses to inquiries Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using productivity software such as Google Calendar and Quick Books Online. Handle front desk responsibilities including greeting visitors, managing appointments, and directing calls with excellent phone etiquette Support office management tasks such as filing, proofreading documents, and organizing supplies to optimize workflow Assist with bookkeeping activities using QuickBooks or similar accounting tools to track expenses and invoices Coordinate calendar management for executives or team members, scheduling meetings and appointments efficiently Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and maintaining a positive, helpful attitude at all times Experience Prior office experience in administrative or clerical roles is highly preferred Demonstrated proficiency with computer skills including Google Workspace, and data entry tools Experience working with multi-line phone systems and handling front desk operations in a professional setting Knowledge of office management practices, including filing systems, organization techniques, and time management strategies Previous experience in customer service or home improvement roles is advantageous Strong organizational skills combined with technical proficiency in productivity software to ensure high productivity levels Has the ability to learn fast, naturally Is able to work alone and be comfortable Embark on a rewarding career where your organizational talents and proactive approach make a real difference! Pay:
