Administrative Assistant

Apex Physical Therapy and Sports Medicine is currently seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to join our San Carlos Team! Individual must be reliable, possess administrative skills, knowledge of computers and have excellent customer service. This position requires a significant amount of multi-tasking. The ideal candidate will know when to slow down, look the patient in the eye and provide personalized service.

Requirements:

Applicant must have experience in a Medical Office setting. Individual must have knowledge and experience in greeting new and returning patients, creating new patient charts, assisting patients with necessary paperwork, insurance billing and verification, worker's compensation, accepting co-pays and payments, answering phones, scheduling appointments, filing and other clerical duties as required. The hours for this position are 7:15am - 4:15pm, Monday through Friday. This is a benefitted position.
