Job Description
Wholesale Distributor has an immediate opening for a full time Administrative Assistant. This role's primary responsibilities include daily coordination with vendors, processing transactions, compliance paperwork, and assisting the sales and purchasing teams with everyday tasks. You must be organized, quick, accurate, and good with building and maintaining relationships. You will need the ability to handle requests coming from many different angles and keep everything organized and accurate. If you are a highly efficient multitasker this is the role for you. Pay is Hourly ($23/hr)
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Processing transactions - Inbound and Outbound Compliance paperwork Assist management Assist Purchasing Department Assist Sales Team General clerical tasks Daily coordination with vendors Daily scheduling of order pickup Encourage vendors to maximize accountsREQUIREMENTS
Computer Literate (Microsoft Word, Excel) Comfortable on the phone and making calls Fast Learner. Extremely Accurate Detail-oriented and well-organized Able to perform optimally within a fast-paced environment. Work well under occasional pressure Background check and drug screen required Must be independent, self-motivated, success-driven, and possess a strong/honest work ethic Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Work well under occasional pressure. Able to perform optimally within a fast-paced environment. Efficient MultitaskerEDUCATION / PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or GED Required. Previous computer experience required. Desire to continually expand existing knowledge base.SCHEDULE
