Responsibilities:
+ Provide day-to-day administrative support to the wealth management team + Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries + Greet clients and visitors in a professional and welcoming manner + Manage incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and correspondence + Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference rooms + Prepare, scan, copy, and organize client documents + Enter and maintain accurate client and account information in internal systems + Assist with opening and maintaining client files and records + Prepare spreadsheets, reports, and other administrative documents + Coordinate office supplies, equipment, and general office needs + Assist with client communications and follow up on administrative requests + Handle confidential client and financial information with discretion + Support special projects and additional administrative tasks as needed
