Job Description

Company Description STAr-Edge Technologies is the USA branch of STAr Technologies, which is an international company with over 600 employees worldwide. STAr is the acronym for "Semiconductor Test Architects" - we are the architects with leading technologies for semiconductor test solutions. We are seeking a full-time CSR/Office Admin to support our expanding business operations. Duties are varied and require email and phone communication with customers, Sales Team, and the ability to interact with all company employees. Job Description (including but not limited to): Performs Data Entry on new orders, helps expedite materials and components needed for an assembly by working with the Purchasing Dept. Provide delivery dates and status of an order as needed Plan production shipments and local deliveries Coordinate shipment requirements with the team and assist in arranging shipping via courier (FedEx, UPS, etc.), including preparing and printing required documents Maintaining customer accounts with regular updates to the customers about their order status by phone or email correspondence, acting as a point of contact for inquiries Managing office supplies and equipment, ordering and stocking office supplies. Coordinating travel arrangements, assisting with event planning and coordination Ensuring the office environment is clean, organized, and functional. Filing and other projects/tasks assigned
Desired Skills & Experience:
Prior Customer Service in an office and manufacturing (Probe card) environment is a plus Detail-oriented, reliable, and a team player Self-starter who takes initiative and can follow tasks through to completion with minimal oversight Strong organizational and time management skills, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledgeable of Word, Excel, and Microsoft Outlook, EES, and Procurement is a plus Attention to detail and accuracy Familiarity with office procedures and practices Must have a valid driver's license Fluency in Chinese and Vietnamese is required to communicate effectively with customers and overseas teams.
