Job Description

This entry level position will be learning how to be a dual-threat. You're responsible for driving schedules through outbound activities and ensuring operational excellence through meticulous project coordination. You will be the primary point of contact for customers from the initial "Hello" to the final "Job Well Done." On the job training will be provided and online classes.
Coordination & Logistics Scheduling:
Manage the master calendar, ensuring team members are deployed efficiently and clients are notified of arrival times.
Resource Coordination:
Order necessary materials, pull permits, or organize subcontractors as needed for specific jobs.
Project Tracking:
Act as the liaison between the sales promise and the field execution—ensuring the team has everything they need to complete the work.
File Management:
Organizing digital and physical files, ensuring all job details are accurate.
Customer Support:
Being the main point of contact for clients if they have questions about their project or invoice.
General Admin:
Assisting with mail, basic data entry, and keeping office supplies stocked, office vehicles, Amazon, UPS deliveries.
