Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and maintain shipping and receiving documents (BOLs, packing lists, invoices). Communicate with the vendors to ensure accurate recording of inventory movements. Accurately process inventory transactions and generate reports through the WMS (training provided). Support warehouse management with scheduling pickups and deliveries. Coordinate with customer service and dispatch to ensure timely updates on order status. File and maintain records of warehouse transactions, both digital and physical. Monitor inventory systems and flag discrepancies for review and resolution.Qualifications:
Comfortable working with computer systems. Attention to detail and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.Job Type:
