Summary In this role, you will be paired with an Outside Sales Representative, working together as a team to manage projects from start to finish. You will play a key role in keeping projects organized, moving, and on schedule—from initial coordination through project completion and billing. This position is ideal for a true go-getter who takes ownership of their work, stays ahead of deadlines, follows up consistently, and isn't afraid to take initiative to push projects across the finish line. Key Responsibilities Partner closely with an Outside Sales Representative to manage projects from start to completion Coordinate project requirements, scheduling, documentation, and internal needs Track project progress and proactively follow up on outstanding items Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal departments throughout the project Maintain accurate and organized project records and documentation Identify delays or missing information and take initiative to keep projects moving Complete billing and other administrative responsibilities associated with project closeout Manage multiple active projects and changing priorities simultaneously Maintain consistent communication with the Outside Sales Representative regarding project status, deadlines, and outstanding items What We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented Strong sense of urgency and accountability Self-motivated with a proactive, problem-solving mindset Comfortable taking ownership of projects and following through Able to manage multiple projects, deadlines, and priorities at once Strong written and verbal communication skills Confident communicating with customers and internal teams Comfortable with billing and administrative responsibilities Team-oriented and able to build a strong working partnership with an Outside Sales Representative Someone who proactively follows up instead of waiting for answers Takes pride in seeing projects through from start to completion Construction, electrical, power, or related industry experience is a plus, but not required.
