JOB SUMMARY
Provide clerical support to the program. Administrative support duties and responsibilities such as reception, filing, phones, reports, ordering supplies, and sorting mail.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Reasonable accommodation may be made for individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. Communication and clerical duties. Screen and direct calls. Assisting with EHR and client payments Administrative support for the PM i.e., preparing communications and reports. Use and navigate Microsoft Office software, spreadsheets, databases. Greet and assist visitors and clients. Log receipt of checks and/or cash, deposit in appropriate account through designated channels. Aid in general operation of facility including organization and cleanliness, errands, office supplies inventory, ordering, and office equipment maintenance. Open clients in EHR and enter data such as demographics. Maintain confidentiality of client's care. Participate in scheduled meetings. Other relevant duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or Equivalent of GED required. Valid CA driver's license and current auto insurance per contract requirements required. Knowledge of Microsoft Office and EHR software preferred. Cultural Competency understanding required. Bilingual preferred.
