About the Position We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Clerical & Data Entry Specialist to join our team. This position is ideal for an organized professional who enjoys administrative work, maintaining accurate records, and supporting day-to-day office operations. The successful candidate will be highly organized, comfortable working with computer systems, and committed to producing accurate work in a professional office environment. Responsibilities Perform accurate data entry and record maintenance Review documents for completeness and accuracy Scan, file, organize, and maintain electronic and paper records Prepare correspondence, forms, and reports as needed Update client and company databases Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks Answer and route incoming phone calls when necessary Support office staff with special projects and operational needs Maintain confidentiality of company and client information Qualifications Previous administrative, clerical, or data entry experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Comfortable learning new software and database systems Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently Professional demeanor and dependable attendance What We're Looking For Accurate and efficient work habits Strong follow-through and accountability Positive attitude and willingness to help where needed Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information Reliable transportation and ability to work on-site If you are a dependable professional who takes pride in accuracy, organization, and supporting a productive office environment, we encourage you to apply.
