Job Description

About ClearTouch Services ClearTouch Services provides ILS, TDS, SLS, and CFS services to adults with developmental disabilities throughout Ventura, Santa Barbara, and San Luis Obispo Counties. We are looking for a dependable and compassionate team member to support our Santa Maria office while also serving as a DSP Floater, covering staff call-outs and open shifts in the Santa Maria and Lompoc areas. Responsibilities Support daily office operations and administrative tasks. Coordinate with the Head Office Administrative Team and Regional Supervisors. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and maintain participant and employee records. Assist with onboarding, documentation, and office organization. Cover staff call-outs, vacations, and open DSP shifts as needed. Provide person-centered support to individuals in their homes and communities. Complete documentation accurately and maintain professional communication with participants, families, and Service Coordinators. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Administrative experience preferred. Valid California Driver's License, reliable vehicle, and current auto insurance. Ability to pass a DOJ/FBI background check. Strong organizational, communication, and computer skills. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred.
Pay:
$21.00 - $23.50 per hour
