As an Office Professional, you will be a key part of our branch operations—providing excellent customer service while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounts receivable processes .

Responsibilities:
Answer incoming inquiries on multiple phone lines Schedule and confirm phone/online appointments Provide outstanding customer service by responding to client needs, requests, and concerns Manage Accounts Receivable, including posting payments, reconciling accounts, processing billing, and following up on past-due balances Assist with collections when needed to ensure timely payments Maintain accurate filing and data entry for client accounts Support the branch with other administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Strong computer and data entry skills Previous accounts receivable or bookkeeping experience required Must be punctual, dependable, and detail-oriented Previous customer service or front desk experience preferred Personable and comfortable interacting with clients and the public Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Excellent written and verbal communication skills Must pass a background check and drug screening
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$18.50 - $19.50 per hour
