Job Description

We are looking for an Office Services Associate to support daily administrative and print operations at a client site in Santa Monica, California. This Long-term Contract position is ideal for someone who is comfortable in a small office setting and can manage document handling, mail support, and basic reprographics tasks with accuracy and care. The role requires strong customer service, sound judgment, and the ability to keep work moving efficiently while maintaining quality and confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
  • Operate office printing and copying equipment to complete routine print requests, including submitting jobs, monitoring output, and handling standard machine functions.
  • Process incoming office services requests by reviewing job instructions, confirming details are complete, and ensuring work is started accurately.
  • Support day-to-day back-office operations such as copying, scanning, mail handling, and document intake in both physical and digital formats.
  • Track assignments through appropriate logs and maintain organized records for completed and active requests.
  • Manage workload priorities to meet service deadlines and coordinate with supervisors or clients when timing or job specifications require clarification.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on office equipment, replenish paper and toner, and help keep machines ready for daily use.
  • Check completed work for accuracy and presentation quality before distribution or delivery.
  • Handle confidential materials with discretion and follow site policies, safety standards, and workplace expectations.
