Each day, our team prepares a variety of tax returns, amendments, and tax projections while meeting with clients to provide guidance and help them make informed financial decisions. Job Summary We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Front Office Coordinator to serve as the welcoming face of our firm. As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll help create a welcoming experience while keeping our office running smoothly each day. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, communicates professionally, and enjoys managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced office. Responsibilities Greet visitors, clients, and staff with professionalism and warmth, ensuring a positive first impression Manage multi-line phone systems, screen calls, and direct inquiries appropriately using phone etiquette Maintain organized filing systems, data entry records, and ensure accurate documentation Support calendar management and appointment scheduling for staff and executives Prepare client documents, assemble tax returns, process electronic filing forms, manage DocuSign requests, assist with billing, and help clients with quarterly estimated tax payments Assist with office management duties such as supply inventory, equipment maintenance, and general administrative support Provide customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and courteously, ensuring excellent customer service at all times
Compensation & Benefits Competitive Compensation:
