Qualifications Required Qualifications:
  • 2 Letters of Recommendation
  • Any combination equivalent to a high school diploma, plus some secretarial courses following graduation
  • At least three years' experience in an increasingly responsible clerical position
  • Ability to multitask and manage time wisely.
Experience in bookkeeping preferred. Experience in general office duties such as: Managing the manager's calendar, maintaining a filing system, and providing exceptional customer service in a friendly and professional manner. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Able to work independently or in a team setting.

  • Ability to support students, families and staff.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Knowledge of:
Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Work, etc.), Google (email, Google Docs).
