Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant
  • HOA for a temporary on-site assignment supporting property management operations in a professional HOA community office. This role is ideal for a polished administrative professional who understands the pace, confidentiality, and service-focused nature of community association management. The Administrative Assistant
  • HOA will work closely with the General Manager to support daily office operations, digital file organization, research, scanning, calls, and administrative follow-up. This opportunity offers a professional work setting, supportive leadership, and the chance to contribute to the smooth operation of a well-managed HOA office. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager and assist with daily property management office needs.
  • Perform computer-based work, including file updates, document uploads, online research, and data organization.
  • Research HOA-related files and records online to support operational and administrative requests.
  • Make phone calls, follow up on administrative items, and assist with communication needs.
  • Scan, organize, and maintain digital and physical documents with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Support general office tasks while maintaining a professional appearance and service-oriented approach. Compensation and Benefits
  • Pay rate: $23.00 per hour.
  • Job type: Contract/Temporary.
  • Assignment length: Approximately 30 days.
  • Schedule:
    8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Work arrangement: On-site.
  • Parking:
    Off-site parking is available either on the street or in a parking lot across the street. Required Qualifications and Skills
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager in an HOA property management office.
  • Complete computer-based research, file updates, uploads, scanning, and document organization.
  • Make calls and support follow-up communication related to administrative and community office needs.
  • Maintain accurate records and handle HOA-related information with professionalism and confidentiality.
  • 6 to 10 years of administrative, clerical, property management, or related office support experience.
  • Understanding of property management operations within the HOA industry.
  • Strong computer skills, including online research, document uploads, scanning, and file management.
  • Professional communication skills for phone calls, follow-up, and internal support.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and accuracy when handling documents and records.
  • Ability to work on-site during the assigned schedule and maintain professional attire. Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience supporting a General Manager or property management leadership team.
  • Experience working in an HOA, community association, residential property management, or real estate office environment.
  • Familiarity with organizing association records, researching files, and maintaining digital documentation.
