Description DUI Records Specialist I Location:
Fresno, CA Position Type:

Position Overview:
Kings View is seeking a DUI Records Specialist I to support our Fresno DUI program. Under moderately close supervision, this position provides specialized administrative support, maintains accurate participant records, processes program completions and required notices, assists with participant accounts, and supports daily office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Records & Compliance:
Process DUI and PC1000 completions, returns to court, and reinstatements; send required status notices to courts, probation, DMV, and participants. Enter daily group, education, and individual attendance in ADAPT and verify records. Review charts for accuracy, conduct quality-assurance checks, request corrections, and forward PC1000 probation reports as needed. Prepare DMV forms, maintain DMV logs, process courtesy transfers, and review transfer-out credits. Maintain accurate program records and statistics, support projects and audits, and follow program protocols and confidentiality requirements.
Participant & Office Support:
Answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with orientations, and communicate professionally with participants, staff, and community partners. Receive and post payments; assist with participant billing, collections, reconciliation, and monthly inactive warning notices. Balance and prepare daily bank deposits and transmittals as assigned. Communicate with lead staff and management about program operations, group capacity, and emerging issues. Follow Kings View policies, applicable privacy requirements, CLAS standards, and complete annual cultural humility training.
What You'll Bring:
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent. Two years of administrative office experience. Proficiency with Microsoft Office or related software and experience with data entry, telephone support, filing, and other office processes. California Class C driver's license as specified in the job description.
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate degree in a related field.
Required Skills & Professional Attributes:
Excellent organization, attention to detail, and ability to prioritize work in a fast-paced office. Clear written and verbal communication and the ability to understand and follow administrative procedures. Professionalism, integrity, teamwork, adaptability, and empathy for participant concerns.
Work Environment:
Standard office setting using computers, phones, and other office equipment. Duties involve regular keyboarding, recordkeeping, and interaction with participants and coworkers.
