Responsibilities Greet visitors and manage front desk duties with professionalism and warmth Answer multi-line phone systems promptly, providing excellent customer support and routing calls accurately Manage calendar scheduling, appointments, and meetings using Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools Perform data entry, filing, and document proofreading to ensure accuracy and organization Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, mail, and packages Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks or similar accounting software Support office management by maintaining supplies inventory, coordinating repairs, and organizing files Provide clerical support such as typing reports, updating databases, and managing office documentation Requirements Proven office or administrative experience with strong organizational skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace applications Excellent computer literacy including data entry, proofreading, and document formatting Strong phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems Bilingual abilities are highly preferred to serve diverse clients and staff effectively Familiarity with office management tasks such as filing systems, calendar management, and supply coordination Experience in customer service or as a receptionist ( food manufacturing company experience is a plus) Ability to manage time efficiently while juggling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment Personal assistant or clerical experience that demonstrates reliability and attention to detail Join us as an Office Assistant where your enthusiasm meets your organizational talent!
