The SSFUSD community includes 15 schools supporting 8,000 students in Daly City, San Bruno, and South San Francisco. Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of an assigned High School Principal, organize, coordinate, schedule and perform a wide variety of complex and responsible secretarial and administrative assistant duties to assure smooth and efficient school office operations; serve as secretary to the Principal and coordinate communications between administrators, District Office and site personnel, parents, students and general public; providing training and guidance to other clerical staff in the office. Qualifications Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school supplemented by college-level course work in business, secretarial science or related field and five years of increasingly responsible secretarial or administrative assistance experience involving public contact.
Licenses and Other Requirements:
Valid First Aid and CPR certification issued by an authorized agency (preferred). Some incumbents in this classification may be required to speak, read and write in a designated second language.
