The SSFUSD community includes 15 schools supporting 8,000 students in Daly City, San Bruno, and South San Francisco. Job Summary Job Summary Under the direction of an assigned supervisor, promote and coordinate the delivery of services to identified students and parents through involvement in various school programs and other activities; perform translation duties between English to a second language as assigned by the position; perform liaison duties between schools and parents; refer families to local agencies or school services as appropriate; locate and identify students and families in accordance with established guidelines; prepare and maintain related files, records and reports; provide front office assistance and perform related clerical duties as assigned. Qualifications Education and Experience:
Any combination equivalent to: graduation from high school or equivalent GED and one year of experience working in an instructional or community service program or related field.
Licenses and Other Requirements:
Valid California Class C driver's license. Incumbents in this classification are required to speak, read and write in a designated second language.
