Title:

Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for processing daily batches of invoices for payment, maintain orderly AP files, assist staff with reimbursement requests, and manage petty cash accounts. The Administrative Assistant will input time off requests and time clock corrections daily, assist with payroll filing, and assist with changes in WFN to include entering new hires at the direction of the HR/Payroll Coordinator. They will track, mail, and scan annual documentation for residents as well as perform audits. The Administrative Assistant will assist with answering phones, helping at the front window, ordering office supplies, and other duties that my be assigned.

Schedule Full-Time:

M-F (8:00am - 4:30pm)

Qualifications:

A high school diploma/GED. Minimum of one year of customer service experience. Minimum of one year experience with ADP programs preferred. Basic understanding of AP functions. Familiarity with general office equipment. Crestwood Offers Comprehensive Benefits Packages to
