Job Description

Description We are looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team in Stockton, California. In this Contract position, you will play a key role in maintaining smooth office operations, providing exceptional administrative support, and ensuring organizational efficiency. This opportunity is ideal for someone who excels at multitasking and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling, document preparation, and general office support.
  • Answer and direct inbound calls with a high standard of communication and customer service.
  • Perform accurate data entry to maintain and update records, databases, and spreadsheets.
  • Support receptionist duties by greeting visitors and addressing inquiries in a friendly and attentive manner.
  • Assist in coordinating meetings, events, and appointments, ensuring timely arrangements.
  • Handle correspondence such as emails and memos to facilitate clear communication within the organization.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite to create, edit, and organize documents effectively.
  • Monitor office supplies and place orders as needed to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Collaborate with team members to address administrative needs and improve workflow efficiency. Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in administrative or office support roles.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a detail-oriented approach to phone interactions.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and recordkeeping.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage schedules and deadlines.
  • Previous experience in receptionist duties or customer-facing roles is preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic office equipment and technologies, such as printers and scanners.
