- Student Assistants Position Summary Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant position available in CSUS Stockton.
Qualifications Preferred Qualifications :
Familiarity with university systems such as Canvas, myStanState, OneDrive, and Teams. Experience working in a help desk/lab assistant role. Ability to remain calm and helpful in high-stress or technical troubleshooting situations. Required Qualifications Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units. Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units. ) Demonstrated customer service experience and a positive, helpful attitude. Basic computer skills, including experience with Windows and/or MacOS, Microsoft Office/365, internet browsers, and email. Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and explain solutions in a non-technical manner. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, service-oriented environment. Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable to changing needs. Must be able to lift 40 pounds. Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
