Job Description

Marriott is seeking a Food and Beverage Admin to support daily operations across our hotel dining venues. In this role, you'll manage schedules, update menus, coordinate with vendors, track inventory, and prepare reports to help leaders make data-driven decisions. You'll assist with event orders, billing, and compliance documentation while ensuring accurate POS and system entries. Working closely with restaurant, bar, and banquet teams, you help maintain smooth service, cost control, and a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Responsibilities Support daily food and beverage operations through administrative tasks Prepare and maintain staff schedules for restaurant, bar, and banquet teams Track and reconcile inventory, orders, and deliveries Maintain accurate POS and system data, including menus and pricing Generate operational, sales, and cost reports for leadership Assist with banquet and event orders, documentation, and billing Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for smooth service Help ensure compliance with food safety and brand standards Respond to internal and guest inquiries with professional service Support onboarding and training documentation for F&B staff Required Skills Food & beverage operations knowledge Inventory management Scheduling and staffing coordination Point-of-sale (POS) systems Microsoft Excel Data entry and reporting Vendor coordination Basic budgeting and cost tracking Customer service Hospitality software (e.g., PMS)
