Job Description

We are an established U.S.-based corporate consulting firm specializing in Corporate Restructuring, Corporate Credit, and Business Financial Solutions. We are currently seeking a highly capable, intelligent, and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join our office and become an important part of our team. This is not simply a clerical position . We are looking for someone who is sharp, resourceful, open-minded, comfortable with technology, and able to learn new systems and business processes quickly.
FLUENT ENGLISH IS REQUIRED
Candidates must have excellent professional English, both written and spoken . The ability to communicate clearly, confidently, and professionally in English is an essential requirement for this position. Spanish as a second language is highly welcomed and will be considered a strong advantage, although it is not required.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to management and the consulting team Manage documents, correspondence, client information, files, and internal records Assist with the preparation and organization of corporate and financial documentation Communicate professionally with clients, banks, vendors, and other business contacts Perform online research and information gathering Work extensively with computers, web-based platforms, databases, spreadsheets, and internal systems Assist with data entry, reporting, document preparation, and organization of client files Help management follow up on projects, deadlines, and outstanding items Learn and work with our internal technology and business-management systems Handle sensitive corporate and financial information with strict confidentiality Take on additional responsibilities as the candidate develops within the company
The Ideal Candidate:
Fluent professional English — both written and spoken — is a must Spanish as a second language is a strong advantage Extremely comfortable with computers and technology A fast learner who can quickly understand new software, platforms, and systems Highly organized with excellent attention to detail Intelligent, resourceful, and capable of solving problems independently Open-minded, adaptable, and willing to learn new areas of business Professional and confident in written and verbal communication Comfortable working in a fast-paced corporate environment Able to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively Reliable, punctual, and results-oriented Discreet and trustworthy when handling confidential financial and corporate information Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and cloud-based business applications. Experience in corporate consulting, finance, banking, corporate credit, business administration, legal services, or professional services is a strong advantage. However, we are also willing to consider an exceptional candidate with the right intelligence, technical ability, attitude, and willingness to learn.
