Part Time Project Assistant - Innovative Medical Group Job Summary Innovative Medical Group is seeking a highly motivated and organized Project Assistant to join our growing healthcare organization. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys supporting leadership teams, and can manage multiple priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail. The Project Assistant will work closely with Senior Leaders and department teams to support daily operations, coordinate ongoing projects, and assist with administrative and organizational initiatives across the organization. This position goes beyond traditional administrative support and will play an important role in helping manage operational projects, provider credentialing, business compliance tasks, scheduling coordination, and internal process improvement efforts. The ideal candidate is proactive, professional, adaptable, and capable of balancing routine administrative responsibilities with project-based assignments. Responsibilities Work closely with Senior Leaders and team members to support operational and project-related initiatives Coordinate and track project timelines, tasks, and deadlines to ensure completion Respond to emails, phone calls, and internal communications in a timely and professional manner Assist with meeting preparation, scheduling, agendas, and follow-up action items Support provider credentialing, licensing, and business compliance processes Assist with payroll-related administrative processes and staff documentation Coordinate business licenses, certifications, renewals, and organizational records Organize digital files, reports, spreadsheets, and operational documents Assist with onboarding tasks and internal office coordination as needed Help identify workflow inefficiencies and support process improvement initiatives Collaborate with vendors, healthcare partners, and outside organizations when necessary Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment Qualifications Must have Health Care Experience Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage deadlines effectively Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional demeanor with strong interpersonal skills Comfortable working independently and within a team environment Familiarity with Google Workspace and general office software Experience in healthcare administration, project coordination, or office management preferred Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information Self-motivated with strong problem-solving skills and initiative About Innovative Medical Group Innovative Medical Group is a rapidly growing healthcare organization focused on delivering high-quality patient care through innovation, collaboration, and operational excellence.
