This is a highly operational role focused on physical inventory management, cycle counts, material verification, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy. This position is not a desk-only analytical role — we are looking for someone who takes ownership on the warehouse floor and helps ensure our production and fulfillment operations run smoothly. The ideal candidate is organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in both warehouse and manufacturing environments.
Responsibilities:
Perform daily cycle counts and physical inventory audits Verify incoming shipments, quantities, and materials Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies Maintain accurate inventory records and warehouse organization Track inventory movement throughout the facility Support production teams by ensuring materials are properly staged and available Assist with lot tracking and inventory traceability Enter inventory adjustments and inventory data into company systems Work closely with warehouse, production, and operations teams to maintain inventory accuracy Help maintain clean, organized, and efficient inventory storage areas Follow inventory procedures and operational standards
Qualifications:
2+ years of inventory, warehouse, manufacturing, or related operational experience preferred Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Comfortable working in a physically active warehouse/manufacturing environment Ability to lift and move materials as needed Basic computer and data entry skills required Experience with cycle counts, inventory control, or warehouse operations preferred Forklift experience is a plus, but not required Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently

Schedule:
Monday-Friday 40 hours per week Occasional overtime may be available based on operational demand
