The MommyAssist service is the extra set of hands that busy households need to run smoothly. We help with the endless "stuff of life," such as laundry folding, dirty dishes and tidying up. Ideal candidates are service oriented, love helping people and have a "go the extra mile" attitude. Assisters should also be quick on their feet, but thorough. Many of our assisters have previously worked in homes - your own home counts, too - and should have an understanding of what it takes to run a home. This is a flexible gig job that allows you to work the days and hours that fit your schedule. Many shifts are just several hours long. (No childcare is involved.)

Requirements:

Located within the South Bay for easy access to our primary service area (Redondo, Hawthorne, Torrance, Hermosa, Manhattan Beach, Palos Verdes) Able to complete household tasks such as laundry folding, dishes, light cleaning, meal prep, organizing, errands and more. (Laundry folding and dishes are a must.) A positive, flexible and "can do" attitude combined with a genuine understanding of family life Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Timely arrival to all scheduled appointments Possess several years of customer service experience or a background supporting families and household operations Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Discretion and confidentiality Will be subject to a background check and reference checks Please complete all application questions to be considered.
