This position supports attorneys by preparing and organizing legal documents, maintaining client files, and managing case-related paperwork for estate planning, trust, and probate matters. Daily responsibilities include scheduling appointments, answering phones, handling correspondence, and coordinating meetings with clients and third parties. The role also involves data entry, maintaining calendars and deadlines, filing and scanning documents, and assisting with billing or administrative reports. The Legal Administrative Assistant works closely with the legal team to ensure smooth office operations and a professional client experience. They will also attend estate planning signings with clients.
