Responsibilities:

Front office MA Call leads and covert to the new patients Schedule new/follow up patients Makes reminder calls to patients scheduled for next day Returns all patient voicemails throughout the day Revises schedule during the day for cancellations/reschedule of all appointments Notifies new patients of documents needed to submit prior to their appointment Other front desk duties Related duties assigned

Requirements:

Current Certified Medical Assistant.
